At the moment I'm kind of hating the fact that I've been feeling like a miserable bastard all weekend. Sometimes I find myself fighting the remains of my depression, it's like being haunted. And it's really quite frustrating / disheartening.

Still, I think I get an extra hour today. So, at least I can be miserable / sleep for longer tonight

Love: Have replaced half of the stuff I lost already but was expensive. Coroner Cd's are fuckin rare.. btw. ordered tickets for their next gig in Schaffhausen (CH) in December. It is insane but still I think worth it.

Hate: The bag that got stolen wasn't found anymore. The Festival organization wrote me a mail back that when it is reported to the Police they would call me but hell it is lost. They were really nice so I guess it wasn't their fault. It is a goddamn shame still

I've spent pretty much 99% of the time listening to the Ziltoid disc, but from the first i'd say Silent Militia and from the Ziltoid disc I'm currently obssesed with Deathray, March, Empire, and War Princess

Also, through the wormhole is absolutely hilarious. "My brother!" "Oh, so lame"

My favorites are Before We Die, Universal Flame and Rain City. The Ziltoid disc remains one giant song to me, so I can't pick a favorite.


Love : Usagi Yojimbo. How can Stan Sakai put out such quality comics? FOR THIRTY YEARS. It shouldn't be possible!

I like disc 1. Reminds me a lot of Addicted. Which is good, simple fun.

Edit: Having heard it (Sky Blue) again with a bit more attention, I realize that I don't actually like it that much. There's nothing new here. Just Devin re-re-treading material from Addicted/Epicloud and even some of Ki. I guess fans will eat it up and Ms. van Giersbergen's voice is excellently bubbly and dreamy but I much prefer Devin when he's faffing about with country music or ambient than his "comfort zone" stuff.
