I as well have not received the signed cd as of yet. Im sure there is an explanation as to why.

Its ok, just wondering were it was. I just know that I havent gotten it yet and neither did my friend jake who used to live in town here and was expecting it, but moved within the last month. So when he gets it I guess his parents will have to send it to him or give it to him next time he is in town.
