I have been jamming this Killing Machine cd with Mike Vescera on vocals. 
Released on Candlelight in 2000.
For those not in the know, Killing Machine is the baby of guitarist Peter Scheithauer and on this cd he has Mike Vescera (Yngwie, Loudness, lots of other shit) on vocals, and the rhythm section is Mike Duda and Stet Howland (WASP).
They also released a cd in 2005 with James Rivera on vocals, Dave Ellefson on bass, Jimmy Degrasso on drums and Juan Garcia (Agent Steel) on guitar as well.
