Video games with Metal music

No one mentioned Guitar Hero?

Blizzard once had a game called Rock n Roll Racing and it had a heavy metal sound track, one song I remember was Paranoid by Sabbath.

Grand Theft Auto series usually have metal.

But for just a regular game, Tribes II had a metal-themed soundtrack, Red Alert (hell march!).

Trying to think of others but I can't.

WOW! OMFG I cannot believe you even remember Rock n' Roll Racing?!!! Yup, and it even had George Thorogood's "Bad To The Bone" digitized on the Super NES!!! A very hard to find & VERY sought after game btw!!! :kickass:

Damage Incorporated has Death's Cosmic Sea for introductory music. When I looked at the credits I was disappointed that a (obviously garage-level) band with such a generic name wrote it, and assumed that the game developers did it.

And Vrock from Vice City was the best collection of songs to anything ever, it even beats Brutal Legend.

isn't everything better with metal. even when your just baking some muffins, it makes everything so epic.

Splatterhouse has a good metal soundtrack, gameplay can get a bit repetitive tho. Still Im always up for half an hour of bloody, metal-fuelled gameplay with porn as a reward...

This is the soundtrack for Battlefield Play 4 Free.

Probably more rock than metal, but Shadows of the Damned was released today on Xbox 360 and PS3. A buddy of mine worked on this game.

All the id games have been big supporters of metal music. Doom 95 lvl 1 soundtrack even tributes Metallicas No remorse.

Does anybody remember the game DOOM? That game has a metal kind of theme tune. Epic FPS, even though it's 14 years old. If it wasn't for DOOM and Wolfenstein, There would be no Halo or COD. Put it that way.

I remember all these games you are mentioning, I enjoyed playing most of them. Especially Guitar Hero and GTA: Vice City. I recently got Guitar Hero 5, and it's a great game, just so you all know.
Google Brutal Doom... it is a mod for the game which makes harder and violenter!
