Try MISTICIA. They are freshly formed and will soon release their first EP on YAHUAR MALLCU (Bogota). It features our lead guitarrist and I happen to shout a bit there too as a guest singer. They play quite decent Death-Thrash with a bit of folk influence (Samponas e.g.). Well, all I can say...

I love the end of 70es beginning of 80es IBANEZ Vintage stuff. I have several Destroyer Models and a 1977 Korina V. They sound awsome and kicked every guitar aside I compared with them under straight studio conditions (for example Jackson King V Custom oder ESP Hetfield Explorer).

KADATH from Aachen are pretty cool. JACK SLATER MENTAL ABERRATION (R.I.P.) And more, but that is in my mind right now.

Funny topic. But as we say in Germany. You cannot compare apples with pears. Technically Blind Guardian is definately the more experienced and tighter band. But Bethlehem is a lot of fun to work for because very open minded and truely free in creation. Whatever Guido Meyer de Voltaire...
