    Sad music...

Try finish band Shamrain (www.shamrain.cjb.net) that's sad for sure... ;) Also that finish band, Tenhi, someone mentioned, is quite good/sad. And what else, Sigur Rós, Arab Strab, and some other 'post rock bands' are very good and have a very sad atmosphere. And of course the king of sad...

Hmm, sounds a little bit too much like Portishead in my ears. It's good music, but I wouldn't say it's that original...

    Daniel leaves Anathema

There are two female vocalists, and 1 male (Duncan, I suppose), on the Saviour album. Actually the album is great, so go and buy it :spin: You shouldn't worry about it. it's a cool band already, and I'm sure Danny will make it even cooler.

    Daniel leaves Anathema

Well, has anyone here heard Antimatter, Duncan's band that Danny joined??? It doesn't sound like 'true anathema' at all, like Danny somewhere said. It sounds like Portishead, and a little bit too much I'd say. It's good music, but has nothing new to offer......but maybe Daniel will make it...

Katatonia, in Concert - who's seen them live?

hmm, a real bad choice. but then again you had the chance to see HIM and Hanoi Revisited and other great bands  I think you should choose tuska over ruisrock next summer, so talk some sense to your friends...

Anathema live review with two small live video clips!

can't say that i would have enjoyed those videoclips that much. too short, awful quality & too small size, and the sound quality was really crappy too. well, the pictures were ok, so thanks at least for them ;)

Katatonia, in Concert - who's seen them live?

that's right. still i missed the clubshow in Turku and that's a shame. i think it would have been a lot cooler to see them in a small dark club than openair during a sunny sunday afternoon. hmm, now i have to admit, that i actually like the deftones. mallmetal or not, they have...
