Fuck! I have all of this in LP, but as a collector, this little round coloured things are telling me to buy them... Sadly the ones listed above in the cmdistro, for unknown weird reasons can't be sent to Spain, so I'm searching now another distros to buy them...
In the katatonia tribute by northern silence you can find two spanish bands:
Foscor (covering Midwinter Gates/Gateways of Bereavement)
http://www.myspace.com/foscor
and Helevorn (covering "12")
http://www.myspace.com/helevorn
If you are into death metal, maybe you want to check...
As I said before, Spain is different. I have read in last.fm forums about the morons who fucked the Katatonia show with their barkings, luckly the Barcelona show seemed to be a way better, so I expect Katatonia not to be very upset with our country and come back here with the Night is the new...
Fuck!! Sadly, they share stage with the awful Mago de Oz, a guitar masturbator and a nu metal band. Spain is different. Fucking different.
Ah, and that weekend, is the Madrid Is The Dark fest:
great coincidence!
I never couldn't get into the album Om by Negura Bunget. Everybody told me how amazing was this album, so I bought it without hearing a single note from it. I listened to it a lot of times, but I never could see the greatness that others saw.
The three extra tracks on the Brave Murder Day peaceville reissue are taken from the EP Sounds Of Decay, that was recorded in 1997 at sunlight studios, and was the last "extreme" metal music recorded by Katatonia.
Improving my vinyl collection:
The Gathering - Always
Sabbat - History of a time to come
Overkill - Horroroscope
Metallica - Black album
Sabbat - Mourning has broken
Wolves in the Throne Room - Diadem of 12 stars
Mournful Congregation - The June Frost
Ramesses - Misanthropic...
