So I assume since it's a 90 minute show we'll get other Winger songs, too, right? I've never been much of a Pull fan, it's fine, but for me the first two albums are where the real gems are. I'm guessing they'll do Pull and then run through the big hits? Seventeen, Madeleine, Miles Away?

Well, Winger is not who I would have expected. That's not a complaint, mind you. Just.... never would have imagined it. Now Lovebites and Frozen Crown.... those are a couple of gems.

Outstanding. I guess it makes sense he'd stay in this direction given that the split with Gloryhammer was NOT over artistic differences. On the good side, it means we basically get to Gloryhammers now.

A few observations: 1) JLT is correct that Frontiers has become a bit of a song factory. A really great song factory, but they are producing a lot of similar stuff with just the performers being switched around. The Sunstorm project is highlighting just how interchangeable Frontiers performers...

You'll see him again sooner than you think. Assuming no prior criminal record and the charges against him he may not serve a day in prison, at most he'll do a few months. Hopefully he'll learn something about getting too caught up in a cult mentality.

I can never get enough of this band although I think it might be time to get back to basics. Nexus remains their best album, and while I'm glad they varied the sound on the next few, the misses are starting to get more frequent than the hits. No complaints about the vocalists though. Ryd gets...

The more pop they get, the better I like it. Much like Elize Ryd, her voice is ideal for a more poppy sound.

Love the lineup of singers. To be honest while I appreciated the art and the effort in previous Ayreon albums, they just didn't connect for me. But the last couple have been more to my tastes, so high hopes for this one.

When a guy puts out as much material as Magnus does it's almost impossible to avoid one of two problems: 1) Stuff sounds similar to other stuff. About half of the songs on his albums follow the same template, even reusing a lot of lyrics. 2) Quality dropping as an artist just tries to get ideas...
