Toneport D.I. are ok for first steps with recording, but the Pod Farm really sucks compared to FREE Vstiamps like the TSE X30 or the LeGion from Lepou imo. You should try this ampsims and search on this forum, those guys here helped me A LOT with their postings.

Does anyone has experience with the differences of the D.I. quality of the Line 6 Toneport GX and other interface like EMU USB 0404 for example? I would like to start reamping in the near future so I would like to know if the toneportsignal is good enough for a good result...

Guitars sound a bit fizzy to me and could have a bit more high end. i don't really like snare sound like a whip to me... but overall ok :P

I've got the Intel Dual Core E6600. TSE 1.03: about 5% usage. TSE 1.5beta: about 50% usage. And all of that with the default setting (Mono, etc.). It's so frustrating when everyone says thios version is even better then the older one :Smug: ... Don't know where the problem is...
