Thanks dudes! Glad you dig it!

    New Wintersun artwork?

yea a lot of american bands are doing this like, photo-realistic stuff with people's faces lately, not a fan.

    Post Your Music

I like that gallop riff in dragon hunters thonot, though I think there's something to be said for keeping songs fairly short. I play bass/do vocals/write most of the music for this little fledgling US band called aether realm, we're about to start shopping for a label once our album is done...

    Recommend books

Game of Thrones, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo are both great fiction series, the former being fantasy and the latter a thriller. My favorite book of all time is The Princess Bride by William Goldman, (if you liked the movie, the book is also really good).

    The Ensiferum's Tab Thread

I've got a deathbringer one my dudebros and I made from scratch when we learned it, I can probably fish it up.

    Inspirational musicians

Jari M. for sure. That dude is just really good at writing music. Less so at, you know, putting it out in a timely fashion (lawls) but yea, I've always been very inspired by them, Ensiferum, Kalmah, Insomnium. Outside of metal, I'm really into La Roux, Beirut, Metric, Devotchka, and Rattatat

    When do you listen Ensiferum?

On jogs/driving long distances is always good.

    Guest Vocals on Time

Heard some of you guys did guest vox on the upcoming Wintersun album. Are you guys all still good friends since Jari was no longer in Ensiferum?

    Introduction Thread

Sup dudebroskis. I'm Jake, I'm in a pretty unknown melodeath/folk metal band from the US. We opened for Ensiferum once, it was cool. Other than doing stuff with that, I generally just party and read books and work.
