Anthrax played for about 45 mins. Good call on the return to NZ could mean a proper headline tour here as well. Like you said we need one!!!

Bit late on this but the Slayer/Anthrax gig was awesome. Always good to bump into @timmyc ... My best mate scored a Benante drum stick! Anthrax were super slick and high octane but for me that setlist was rather poor ... do we really need Got the Time and Antisocial anymore? C'mon guys you have...

So the Adelaide gig has been relocated to a smaller venue ... well same location (Adelaide Entertainment Centre) but moved from the main arena to the smaller theatre venue. I guess ticket sales haven't been that good. The main arena would hold about 10,000 all up whereas the smaller theatre...

I totally hear ya. Yet this will be the first time I've seen Anthrax do an arena show (even if they are a support act).

For the record I miss a lot of those Bush era songs from the live set. There are some absolute ripper songs. I honestly think whilst having a completely different vocal style Joey could do his own take on some of those songs. We know he did Only previously but I'd be keen to see him have a stab...

Both bands absolutely killed it in Adelaide on Sunday. One of the very best concerts I've ever been too. Def Leppard performing Hysteria in full was a once in a lifetime for me and the packed house too!

Great story. Seen them live a couple of times (May last year) and now as @timmyc said they're returning back to our Australian shores. Amazing band. So incredibly tight and so supremely talented individually. Corey has such a sensational voice. Great guys all round. Can't wait.
