I've just been doing audio engineering so long, that it's taken over the whole point of being a musician...writing the song. The unplugged idea seems great to pry the two disciplines apart. I've tried doing the singing into the phone thing, but somehow the context is gone when I listen back...

Hi guys. I have a question regarding recording di's with and emg 81. the manual recommends putting it as high as you can without affecting your playing. I have recently raised mine and love the tone coming from it when plugged into my amp. but when i go to record di's it clips the interface...

it could also be, how many ways can you explain the same info over again? there are specialized circumstances i.e. someone has an odd problem and they post a clip, but how many times can you post the same info about micing a v30 or splitting your bass tracks up? it's great info, which has helped...

yeaaah, the headphone plugin doesn't sound even in the same galaxy as my vehicle. it cuts out all kinds of lows which are the only part of the headphones that even relate to the outside world.

i tried that on the m50's all the plugin did was output loud static over the music when i loaded the profile, so i wrote it off as incompatible or just developed by people that dont check their products. also why would it be drastically different than the arc2 plugin on the monitor side of it...
