It's been my observation (from shows and from this board) that there is a shocking scarcity of female opeth fans.
I don't care if the ones here are hot, I'm more interested in why so few chicks seem to dig Opeth.
I don't hear pop in Blackfield, I hear musical arrangements written in the vein of the singer/songwriter movement in the 70s. It sounds very 70s to me.
Certain No-Man album are much more pop than Blackfield. Not to mention some of the stuff on Lightbulb Sun.
I don't care about higher resolution stereo.
It's the 5.1 mix I dig.
