    Son of Magni is right.Besides that , ebony fingerboard is very good option for fretless .Using flats may not wear down Your fingerboard as much as rounds but it sounds ... well , Ya know how it sounds :) there's more "dirt" in sound when You use rounds but it can be controlled with proper...

    I dont like Warwick.The sound of it makes me feel like Im using P.O.D. instead of amp. I prefer cabinets made of special plywood, with Eminence Legend BP 102 speakers and ampeg tube amplification (svt cl , svt 3 as well).Especially for modern bass guitars .Greetz'n'cheerz

What You need is a system of three or four practice items to play .Joined together , they will bring You what You seek.In the end- whats important about exercises is that You are here and now- thinking what finger is in usage (and that comes strictly with the right hand) .only...
