It's not very often I actually finish a song all the way through and I'm pretty excited about the way this one turned out, so I figured I'd put this one up here. Any feedback would be great as well.

yeah, the drums were a tough one for me to mix in this song. It seemed that every time I tried to fatten them up even a little, they ended up crowding the mix. There was a lot going on and it was hard to keep it all under control. I may go back and take another crack at it after letting it...

The only thing I am noticing is that you have that sound that I get when I go way overboard with a stereo widener effect. On headphones, it sounds like everything is coming from behind me.

I took a different approach to this song and put very little thought and effort into the guitar tone. I just pulled up my least CPU intensive amp sim, randomly turned some knobs and hacked away at it. I'm not sure if this even qualifies as metal.

As far as on the mix side, I did almost nothing to the guitars. I think I did a high pass filter. The actual numbers of that would be almost useless in another mix because it would depend on how all the other instruments sound. As far as all the tone sculpting stuff goes, it was done on the...
