My friend was obsessed with Cradle of Filth in high school and I always thought it was utter shit. Nothing but noise. Over time I learned to love them, and now they're one of my favorite metal bands.

I love Slipknot. Their new album is pretty weak, though "All Hope is Gone" is a fucking brutal song.

Alaskan Ale (Amber?) is top notch. Doesn't taste like beer, yet has a weird quality to it that I love. Stella Artois is my go-to beer.
