Bump, anything???

So the song isn't really new, but I just re-recorded it with my axe fx last night, this is the first thing ive recorded for over a month now cause my computer was being shitty. I got it sounding like (if not better than) my other mixes without using nearly as much compression and other plugins...

bass tone is awesome!! I love the twang that the mix has I think it fits perfect, would love to hear more like this! btw what'd you do for the bass tone?

that sounds awesome man! better than mine hahahaha the notes on some of the licks aren't exactly spot on but they work nonetheless and sound very tight! excellent work what was your setup?

yeah man hit the nail on the head there, how'd you get it sounding so huge? I'm wanting a more loud/fullness out of my mix and I feel sorta struck!

guitars sound a bit too scooped for my taste other than that it sounds pretty large!

thanks for the comments guys, any tips on actually what to do to get the kick and snare popping out a bit more besides just bringing down the guitars? I think what I did was I had a multiband limiter on the guitars tweaking the mids a bit and that mightve gave me a bit too much volume + pumping...

@fps - \m/ guitars sound a bit blanketed as well as the rest of the mix and the vocals stick out a bit to me. @jasonpaul - guitar tone is awesome for the riffs, the snare is pumping stupid hard though, ease off the compression on the snare, if you're looking for volume try an inflator...
