Hi there, Question: I wanted my audio kick to tranfer into a midi .. but when i punch record.. everything is fine until i press play.. then i realize that both kick aren't sync.. why is that?

Yo, is there any way to make the beats line thicker ( doing slip editing i often dont see the lines between beats) i mean i see them but they are so thin. thanks carl

I was running vista for a while with my presonus firestudio and everything was fine. then i jumped on 7 and it wasn't working anymore. No drivers updates. a lot of people tried presonus help but nobody got answered. so i was forced to reinstall vista last minute.. like 2 hours before my session...

Another question i have in mind. When doing samples for snare or either Toms, what are your usual set ups? Top Mic, Bottom mic, room mic ( if you do, where do you usually place that room mic) thanks

Hey guys, thanks for all that info. I will be tracking drums for our new album this week end and i've never mic the bottom of a snare. I have rent some good mics and just bought TRIGGER from slate ( which i still need to received my Ilok key). Can't wait to track. so SM 57 on bottom will do?

Yeah i guess so. I was just wondering are people here were treating it. I always just mic top snare but i wanna try and mic bottom this week end.

What do you guys normally do. Treat it fairly the same or try to get more low end from bottom snare or something else?

Hi, i have never used steven slate drums before or anything related to this company. I've just bought trigger and i can't find any redeem key or whatsoever. Are they going to send me an Ilok key cuz i dont have one either? And if they do so, i guess i have to wait to register until i received...
