Over all I advocate allowing your fingers to rest where they are relaxed, not adding tension to them to pick. However, if your picking is doing everything you need it to do then go with it.
Take care, Chris.
Hey Notmyself,
shoot me a PM and we will get you taken care of, but one thing I can definitely tell you is that you have the neck out of adjustment. Their is to much forward bow. The luthiers at Jackson know what they are doing so we will get you sorted.
Take care, Chris.

Hey
Notmyself, I will help you out with this. First off Jackson will make sure it plays as well as possible and I will talk to them and they will fix it. Let me see what they want to do, ok? We will get you sorted out.:flame:
Take care Chris

Also, just remember the way you leave the note you are tapping. It should be smooth and directly away from to fret board so you don't pluck the string as you are leaving it.
Hope this helps, Chris.
Also if you view it as playing over the changes then you can get away with different tonalities over each chord (though these chords go by pretty quickly).
Take care, Chris.
I would say ENGL all the way!!!! better built and better tone. They all sound awesome, just figure out the one with the features you need (midi, channels, etc...) and go for that one.
Take care, Chris.
Hey Mike,
it was cool to talk with you as well, and I'm glad you like the pick clip. I am also glad you have it working well with the Jazz III as those you have to totally put between your thumb and one side of the clip because they are smaller in size.
Take care, Chris.
