Hey guys ! Did a cover of nocturne by TesseracT, there a few mistakes but it was really pleasant to mix a real drumkit for once. After 2 years of "training" on superior drummer, it's cool to see what I can (or can't) achieve on a real drum kit, with all the issues due to mic bleed, poor gear...

Actually I'm firstly drummer, I played the drums parts with my e-kit, then recorded guitar and bass. On this one I was going for some "guitar oriented" tune, but it's not always the case on my others recordings. Maybe this time the drums aren't as loud as it should be. And yeah guitars are 100%...

ikr haha :) . But Metal + jazz = mazz ? or Metazz ? x) "Djazz" was obvious, and even if it's not "djent" (and I absolutely LIKE the fact that it's not), this song without the piano, sax, and ambient stuff and chords would sounds more "djenty". Cuz the last riff is pretty ""djenty"" tho
