yeah, i'm not happy with the results i've had with c1000s for o/heads / hats, was thinking of trying out some rode nt5s, anyone had any experience with these, especially when compared to the nt1?

yeah, best off doing the tracking fiddling with mic placement to get the less bleed then looking at gating later

I think the others posted up here are encoded at higher bit-rates, seem to remember a couple were 24 bit, hope that helps

I've had pretty good results editing out the gaps between hits, takes a while though when you've got several tracks
