Ahh i just found out who it is!! You were right when you said not to get my hopes up. As long as we have the others though i consider us to be very lucky...

I think i must be the only one left who doesn't know!! I'm not expecting anyone big or even anyone i've heard before but i know they're gonna rock!!!

I can't see anything here which could be a clue and though i vowed to give up looking ,here I am again today!! I've been on loads of British bands sites, and i can't find out who it is....

Ahh so its something like someone posted a name of one of their songs or CD's in their message or something? I think i'll take your advice and just wait cos i give up looking...

I must be really stupid cos it seems everyone else now knows and i've looked for clues and i can't find out who it is. (i've checked loads of sites too). Is the clue something really obvious?

I know it must be Iron Maiden!!! (joke). Well apart from DragonForce they're the only British band who could be described as the best around at the moment. I'm guessing it's a band i haven't heard of yet. Looking forward to the announcement though...

I had to say Cruachan. I'm quite suprised they didn't get a main stage slot... 4WK sound pretty good too...

I can't wait any longer to find out the last main stage band is. The 3 bands i'm thinking of at the moment which its most likely to be are 1. The Darkness 2. DragonForce or 3. Sikth I don't know why i said Sikth cos i dont even listen to them but i've got a feeling...

I've not heard much by Mystic Prophecy yet but i will def. check them out. Gus G's other band Nightrage are meant to be pretty good too but im not really into Death Metal as much...

Its a good point about not having bands that sound all the same but you can't really say there's any resemblence in the music of C.O.B, Sonata Arctica, and Cruachan can you? Anyway, its gonna be a great 2 days and im gonna listen to all the bands and give 'em all a chance cos if they're good...

Anyone else here who'd like to see either Dream Evil or Firewind play bloodstock? Dream Evil have got a new CD out so it would make sense for them to play and Firewind will be well into writing their next album by September. If not though, I'd like to see Dragonforce play...

I voted for Sonata. I really can't understand how we manage to get so many great european bands over here for bloodstock, its amazing!! Its gonna be a good one this year...

Sounds like a good idea! I wish the rumurs about Funeral For A Friend playing cos they'd be a perfect band for this type of competition! do you hink these two new bands announced will get to finish their sets?
