Does the remastered version have noticably better sound?

Hello all. I need to get a new copy of DDS and I see there are many different versions available. Are there any that are remastered? Which has the best sound quality? Thanks!

I am a huge funeral doom fan (Esoteric, Shape of Despair, Monolithe, etc), I agree the new Mournful Congregation is amazing. I have never heard of Ea before, where did you get the disc/mp3s??

Surprised nobody has mentioned In Mourning yet. Took me a bit to get past the stark similarity, but the Shrouded Divine cd is very good. And I agree with the above, Nahema is very good.

FYI, the remastered RWE is now on emusic. Grey Dawn is on there as well. On a side note, I would rather buy the remaster than download it (I think it's 192 bitrate) but no one seems to be carying the Vic records remaster.

Sorry, let me be more specific. I would like to rip the bonus audio tracks to my computer, and then to my mp3 player. Any idea how to rip the bonus audio tracks off of the dvd as mp3s?

I just got Watershed today and I am trying to rip it so I can put it on my MP3 player, but it isn't ripping. What's the deal (I am using windows media player)?
