I got the new Bloodbath album... and it rules!

Yeah, I can't fucking wait for this album! Gonna be the DM album of the year, IMO...

I bought all Nightingale cds today

Yeah, I remember when I first got into Nightingale, back in the summer of 2000: I heard The Closing Chronicles first, fucking loved it, and tracked down the other two within two weeks later! Once you hear one of those CD's, you absolutely HAVE to hear the rest...

Which song off Space Metal does Dan sing?

Which is the worst song on it, in my opinion. And no, it's not because Dan doesn't sing in it--I think "Set Your Controls" is one of the best songs on the album and Dan only has like one line in it. Still a great album, though!

    Alive Again Is Ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love YOU, Dan! ;) Thanks for this fantastic update and news. I was in need of something to brighten up my day and reading this certainly did that! I can't fucking wait to hear it--I'm ready to call it my Album of 2002 already!

    Moontower?

Moontower is a terrific album, kinda like Edge Of Sanity meets Rush in many ways. I haven't listened to this one in a while, actually, so I might dust it off for a spin later today! ;)

OMG! After listening to my first Nightingale album...

I disagree. When I listen to The Closing Chronicles, I always skip "Intermezzo", and when I listen to I, it's not uncommon for me to skip over "Game Over" and "Drowning In Sadness". None of them are awful songs, but they just don't do anything for me... :(

OMG! After listening to my first Nightingale album...

All the NG albums rule, but The Breathing Shadow would have to be my favorite (until I hear Alive Again, at least!). I just love the atmosphere on it, the sound and the songs--there's not a weak track on it, IMO...

    Bloodbath site up!

The song took about a half-hour to download for me, but it was more than worth it! Fucking awesome stuff--Mikael's vocals, especially, sound amazing. The riffs and chorus are very memorable as well. Gonna be the death metal album of the year, in my opinion...

    Purgatory Afterglow...a little help?

Yeah, they must just be out of stock on them, as they re-stock the EoS albums on a regular basis--they are obviously big sellers. Just keep checking back every now and then, because I've seen them there a million times...

    Purgatory Afterglow...a little help?

Try www.theendrecords.com as they usually have it in stock. It would probably cost only $11.00 including shipping, and you'd have it within 8-10 days.

    Infestdead - Jesusatan CD

Always check Ebay for copies of the Infestdead albums, as I've seen them on there plenty of times. Other than that, GEMM is probably the only place to go...

    Pain & Dan

Yes, Nothing Remains The Same is definitely a more varied, dynamic album than Rebirth. It also seems as though Peter T. was listening to his copy of Paradise Lost's One Second for inspiration on a few of the albums tracks ("Just Hate Me", "Expelled", "Fade Away"), and this could be a good or a...

Arjen Lucassen's Star One - Space Metal

Yes, Dan sings on all but one of the album's tracks, which incidentally is the WORST song on the CD! :) It's an excellent album--there's a few awkward parts here and there, but Dan's vocals sound great and the tunes are really good. Definitely worth picking up!

    Pain & Dan

Yeah, Dan apparently did some of the engineering on those tracks. I don't know if it entails anything further than that. He didn't perform on those tracks, or anything, as far as I know...
