This album is slaying, real killer. Already pre-ordered cd weeks ago but now Vinyl is also on the way. No Testament fan gonna be disappointed, this thing has cool songs for everybody.

I think this is slightly better than first single. There is a lot "Practice what you preach" wibe in this song which i don't like so much. I'm more fan of Legacy, New Order, Gathering, Brotherhood and Formation style. Was nice to hear that there was this old school thrash thing going too that...

Eric Peterson says next single "Children Of The Next Level" comes end of february or early march.

Song has been well received and it's great that fans like it. My expectations we're high and I thought that Testament would continue release thrash songs, this heavy metal style just don't work for me. I just wish that this won't be Dark Roots 2.0.

Well, production is great but this song is slow and tired. Like listening some bad Mercyful Fate song, riffs are also dated and simple. Hope that rest of the album is far better.

"Ballad" and "Everybody's gonna enjoy it". These statement's doesn't sound promising, i feel "Ritual" and "Dark Roots of Earth" vibe here. I just hoped that Testament could continue to do thrashmetal records. They have done enough Hard Rock and Heavy Metal stuff already. But time will tell...

Everything seems going as we predict here. Hopefully single is out soon as possible.

Genre? Death Metal? Murphy is ok but he's not Pat O'Brien level. Like Mille Petrozza said "He's one of the greatest death metal guitar players, if not one of the best metal guitar players in the world."

Skolnick is great and diverse guitar player but for me Eric is Testament. I just hope Alex won't water down this record like he did with Dark Roots.
