    Pagans Mind = OFF

I'll admit that I'm not a huge Circus Maximus fan, but they were one of the tightest bands of the weekend. My favorite song (it could just be a section of the song, I don't really know their material) was when the singer left the stage and they played 5-6 minutes of instrumental material. They...

    Thanks from Suspyre

We should be thanking you! Great set on Thursday! You made a fan out of me. I got When Time Fades... and I love it!

    Showcase Next Year...

    Lol! I second that! :kickass:

    Attendance?

The crowd during Pagan's Mind did seem really tight. There wasn't a lot of room on the floor and the seats were pretty full as well. Considering the 1,100 capacity of Center Stage (I got the number from an event site...could be wrong), I would venture a guess at 700 - 900 at it's fullest.

What did you buy and how much did you spend?

Fates Warning - A Pleasant Shade of Gray Primal Fear - 16.6 In Flames - Clayman Stormwarrior - Northern Rage Suspyre - When Time Fades... I had to stop there because I was going broke.

Bland? I don't know who you guys were watching, but "bland" would be one of the last words on my list to describe their music. I'll give it to you, they may not have executed all their music perfectly (which is very high level music, by the way), but they nailed most of it. I respect...

So, who else thought Suspyre rocked?

Yeah, I guess I can see what you're saying. Regardless, I'm looking forward to what this band can do as they mature. I'll definitely check them out the next time I get a chance.

So, who else thought Suspyre rocked?

Wanting a band to play the kind of music that Suspyre plays WHILE running around, dancing and headbanging is expecting quite a bit. Most bands that play really involved music don't move very much. Take a look at Dream Theater or Symphony X. I've seen both a few times and they don't really do...

How was the FUTURE'S END set?

Eh, mistakes happen. Great set, FE!
