I always thought Anette's best 'old era song' was/is 'Come Cover Me:' it's a song written for her voice. Next to that, I consider 'Romanticide,' 'Higher than Hope' & 'Sacrament of Wilderness' as her finest moments. Nowadays, she sounds bloody fantastic and thumps up for 'Planet Hell.'

Am I the only one who doesn't want Tarja back? Performing NW songs is inevitable & expected no matter what we say about it but return to a place in her life & career she wasn’t happy? To a band she was leaving anyway?

The best thing about Rest Calm (lyric-wise) is the two following lines: Stay by my side until it all goes dark forever When silent the silence comes closer I love the transition form Marco's to Anette's voice but it's still a song that I don't listen to that often.

I have never heard of Swallow the Sun before (something new to dig into, no doubt) and I admit I was curious when Anette mentioned their colaboration in her blog. I really like the song and esp. the contrast between Anette's melancholic voice and the growls. Awesome work; that lady never ceases...

That is a lovely gesture but it's a highly overrated & overplayed song; they’ been playing it since 2004:yow: They could at least stop close every damn concert with it & find a different place for it in the set list.
