Tough question, because the middle four albums are my favorite but if it's Divine Wings of Tragedy - Twilight in Olympus vs V - The Odyssey, I'd have to choose the latter two, but only because I've overplayed Divine Wings of Tragedy just a bit.

I don't like the keyboard solos on Paradise Lost or Iconoclast nearly as much as the ones Pinella's done in the past. The solos sound a lot like Children of Bodom to me, which isn't bad, but it's just not the same as the godly solos of Church of the Machine, A Fool's Paradise, or The Turning...

I work in a retail store:guh: One of the worst things about it is the awful songs I hear 10 times in one day. At least it makes coming home and listening to some Opeth, Dark Tranquillity, or Symphony X that much more awesome though!

Honestly I think Mikael has let the lyrics slip... nowhere near as interesting as lyrics from past albums. And there is a couple vocal melodies I think sound a little too nursery rhyme-ish. Will, the, children, cry. When, their, mother, dies. Basically I like Heir Apparent and Lotus Eater...

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the bass lines in Ending Credits...... so damn groovy. Also I love the bass fills at the end heavy part in The Baying of the Hounds. There's SO many songs to choose from since they've usually been good about recording the bass so it's easy to hear.

My friend was a big fan of Gus G's and first showed me Nightrage before Gus left and then showed me Kill To Live by Firewind and I was hooked! That was like the first really good metal I ever heard outside of Iron Maiden and Metallica.
