umm, yeah, that was underwhelming. But I dunno, I was super pumped after hearing "Forsaker", and then the album turned out a steaming pile of bore, so maybe it'll be the other way round this time :(

The new Manowar is ok, but nothing special. Looks like they're well past their peak now. On an unrelated note, I'm loving the new Atrium Carceri.

I guess we have different tastes then :) Tragic Idol is the first PL album that I've liked in its entirety since Symbol of Life. There were some great songs on the last three albums, but there was also a lot of really underwhelming filler, whereas with Tragic Idol I can honestly say that I enjoy...

The new Paradise Lost is really, really good. Reminds me of "Shades of God" mixed with the mid-tempo songs from "Draconian Times", with really solid songwriting. By far their best album since their "return to roots".

Whoa, thanks for posting this. I'm currently rocking out to this and Verrückt, great album. The new Paradise Lost sounds very promising, hopefully it's not a case of two memorable songs and 10 pieces of filler, like "Faith Divides Us". The new Therapy? album is killer as well. 2012...
