    Keyboard

Hi, I'm actually a guitarist and don't know shit about keyboards. But if you were a keyboard player and would like to get some top of the line equipment what should you choose? To use for rehearsals and on stage. For some progressive metal music. Just wondering Best regards, Pat

    Your latest G.A.S. purchases

Got an old DOD 250 Overdrive from the early 80's. Had the DOD YJM since before but I think that the 250 sounds a bit fatter, more distinct in some way. Anyways, love em both.

    ReValver MKIIIV metal solo

Experimented with the ReValver MKIII.V with some solo stuff. Quite happy with the sound just wanted to have some feedback on it. Chain = Caparison Horus, DOD YJM, Mbox PRO, Revalver MK3. Just some rough fooling around so a bit sloppy playing. https://soundcloud.com/patvonp/metalsolo

Thinking of getting the Ampeg SVT7-PRO and Ampeg HSVT-810E, it's about 2000 euro.

    Bass rig, Help please!

Size/weight is not a concern. Going to use it for 2 different bands, first band is more rock (deep purple / rainbow) second band is more progressive metal towards Symphony X. So something that fit both of these worlds.

    Bass rig, Help please!

Can't find much information on bass gear. Tons of info on guitar amps though. I need to buy a bass rig asap. Going to use it for rehearsal and live gigs. Been looking at trace elliot, marshall, ampeg etc. Will use it for metal.

Amp for rehearsal on a tight budget

Checking Engl cabs and was wondering about the difference between the V60 speakers vs. the V30 speakers? Can see that a lot of people prefer the V30´s, but is there a big difference? The ones with Celestion V30 are more expensive.

Amp for rehearsal on a tight budget

Ended up with the Peavey JSX after some playing around. Sounded good to me. Will probably get an Engl as well. My next problem is what cab to buy though. Any suggestions?
