Amfisound is one of my favorite guitarmakers out there (alonside Ruokangas). The Guitar they did for Anathema's Danny was a bit of a disappointment, but Fred's guitar looks really cool. Also I've been planning to go over at Amfisound and try out that "archdrop" construction... Anyway, congrats...

As the topic subtly suggests I need a clean Discouraged Ones - Viva Emptiness-era Katatonia Logo. Preferably in .png format. It will be printed on a t-shirt so clarity is of utmost importance. It's gonna be made for my use only, so no bootlegging going on here! :) Color is gonna be either white...

Congrats Anders. Nice piece of work. One could always nitpick about it not being carved top, but if you like it the way it is, fine! Maltese Cross inlays on knobs was a nice touch. Now, stop admiring your new guitar and start writing us some official guitar tabs! :D

I fail to hear the Katatonia-influence really. But what really pisses me off are those streaming players at all those myspace.com pages. Sometimes they work, sometimes they won't. I wanna hear Powerglove dammit!

Listened to it and it made me wonder where have I heard it before. And then it struck me : Platoon. The composition itself is pretty simple, shich is partly where it's strength lies, simple, emotional and slow moving. Me likes.

And you can say that for certain because .. ? Or they said so in where? HIM's Greatest Lovesongs vol.666 is a brilliant album. And just bashing the band because their lead singer uses makeup and has an image that most of the women find attractive is just silly.
