    How to get an old school black metal tone that doesn't suck?

    Guitar tech here. Black Metal definitely has it's sub-classifications and different sounds, i.e. Bathory definitely doesn't sound (guitar-wise) like Dimmu, but one thing that tends to be consistent is lots of high end in your guitar tone. snaptube
