how would you describe my tone? I would've recorded bass too but the bass I currently have here is wayyy to shitty for that..I need to get a fender jazz bass

I can't seem to make the cali treadplate sound more "natural"..I'm looking for a really saturated fat guitar tone ala bring me the horizon, but the guitar tone is too tight and "djenty", anyone good enough with POD tone to help me? dropbox link (click!) :yuk:

guys the original tone was way more quiet, like too quiet to work in a mix with vocals and louder bass..

still trying to work something out, still doesn't sound as clear as I want it to be!!! dammit dropbox I would PAY for a normal chain to use with podfarm..

I don't want things to be tighter, on the contrary, I want "gobs of gain" with more clarity and presence!

Hey guys, I'm trying to get my bass and guitar tone a bit fatter and fuzzier and have a bit more presence (ala for the fallen dreams, silent screams, the air I breathe). this is what I currently have, does anyone have any tips concerning these types of tones? any advice would be awesome...

line 6 ux2 into podfarm which synth? the orchestral part or electronic part? kick 10, snare 11 and never toms (sorry my bad before) each drum goes through a seperate EQ and the snare also has an 1176 and a clipper oh they are drum samples which are bundled in steven slate drum samples...

here is a mix with the cali treadplate, there's not a lot of difference from what I can hear, any opinions on how to get tone with abit more tact? also does anyone have any suggestions on how to have good control over the kick 10's low end? I still wanna keep it in the mix but not have it...

as I said, im gonna buy it soon haha.. thanks man, alot of it is real takes and some of it is just abit of "time stretch"..I'm using just eq on kick 10, I hate 80's toms, and I hate reverb (unless it's natural room decay)

i too think the toms sound a with a bit too "in your face" sound, how would you suggest resolving this? and by absolute highs you mean on the master bus? yeah I don't have the cali actually (gonna buy it soon though, monkey is giving me a hell of a life) kick 10 with no room, snare 11 and def...
