I found a video, but the quality could be better. I was at the show, amazing performance as always. Although I honestly believed when he was introducing Karma (never been played before, practiced, hard to play live) I was hoping for Harlequin Forest. Anyways, it was a great song to see live.

No, I believe editors vote on it. Based on the criteria of course that it's a featured one. (One with many sources, neutral language, flawless grammar, etc.) Which is then added to a queue waiting to be changed when the next day begins. (Through the use of a bot I assume.)

Haha, indeed! The drive up to LA is pretty lame even more with the gas prices, but I shall still make it my top priority to attend if SD is skipped. (As it usually is for most good shows anyways.)
