Winterfylleth - The Mercian Sphere is really fucking tight. I literally just found out about these guys, and for the album to rise up into my top 10 pretty much instantly easily earns the spot for the best album of '10 so far. Check it out if you're into pagan BM. Make sure to listen in 480p.

Agreed. I discussed the album on a swedish board awhile back, and the response was mixed. Some enjoyed it, and some thought it was monotonous and drawn out, but that's the way the cookie crumbles. For me, Walknut manages to paint a mindscape that proceedingly less and less bands manages to do...

The more obscurey guys should definitely check out Walknut. One of the best in the genre, in my humble opinion. Truly a gem in a sea of shittiness. Cheggit out. -

Peste Noire is blasting out of the headphones right now. Pretty awesome frenchie black that I've been listening to for a while, granted I know nothing about french more than sacre bleu and baguette, these guys know their area. The vocals alone have given me repeated eargasms.

Glad to see other people digging Myrkgrav as well, De To Spellemen is juicy to say the least. Is currently kicking my ass, magnificent one-man atmospheric BM project from that guy who plays guitar in Eluveitie Also, first post! :kickass:
