Hi Guys, As my last mix got so much attention on here I thought Id post up another one! :loco:.. this track was recorded in about 4 hours.. all tracks seperate.. drums, bass, 2 guitars and vocals. I spent yesterday mixing it but I fell as if it has been rushed.. the guitar tone is not great...

Sorry forgot to mention, DI'd bass, Live drums with a kick sample as I can never get it to cut through enough. :/ Marshall MA100 one side and a line six other.. MD421 and 57's used! :)

As everyone has shown such a massive interest in my studio, i thought id stick up a few more pics of the progress! So i have walled off the dining room and put another doorway in the kitchen. packed it full of rockwall then double layered with drywall. will let you guy know...

I think you would benifit from 2 320 hdd's, rather than 1 640. keep one drive just for your audio. other than that, looks pretty cool. building one very similar as we speak. just remember you can get more for your money if you buy stuff second hand on ebay or something!! :)

o and im getting rid of the phone when everything is ripped out so its all yours for a fiver daveblack!! :grin:

you could probably just mount them with nails and string. i would try having my back faced to the treated wall with the realtraps or any sort of absorber infront of me. or even real two real traps one infront and behind. that why you wouldnt have to nail or glue anything. this one may also...
