Two 4x10's. Or like 006 said, 4x10 and 1x15. Seriously, most venues the 4x10 will push just fine. My 350 watt Hartke head sits on top of a 4x10, and most shows I'm told to turn it down when the volume hasn't even broke past two.
I don't think .ogg would sound better than .wav. Although .ogg is lossless, it's a conversion of the original file type. At best it would be identical.
I have to agree with the others. The Squire VM (has to be maple though) seems to be the better of the two. I own a mexican Fender, and it's my favorite bass, but my Squire VM is basically as good for a lot less.
