I agree Dogs. It sounds very heavy. The fat bass production helps here a lot. Mr. Carter never sounded better IMHO. :) Another thing that surprised me (in a good way) is Nigel's drumming. I expected it to be more "old school", if you know what I mean. But the drums are very heavy and a lot more...

I like TIS even better, never heard Nibs so well. :)

Got to say, I like The Inner Sanctum a lot.... For me it's the best Saxon release since some records. :rock: Oh, and btw... long time no see forum folks. :)

Listen to the Rose Tattoo song valanx, the guns&roses song is weak compared. :) Of course it has a better production and everything, but the RT song is pure energy, RT was the wildest R'n'R band ever, and will ever be. ;)

Alex Van Halen is good... unfortunately he's (as well as his brother) an arse. ;D

Cozy Powell... he's still the greatest for me, and he even influenced me being a guitar player. Stefan Kaufmann... love his style, prolly the hardest hitter ;) Scott travis... the machine. 'nuff said. Kenny Aronoff... I wish he would do more stuff like Fused with Iommi and Hughes.
