i know this, but i had a lot of latency issues using pro tools.

if you dont plan on using pro tools i would get a Presonus Firestudio (http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/FireStuProj/) im really happy with mine. 8 i/o and its firewire!

and when it comes to reverb get an impulse readers and some impulse sets. they sound a lot better than reverb plugins found in your DAW. a good impulse reader i use is SIR1 (http://www.knufinke.de/sir/sir1.php) and you can get impulse sets from (http://rhythminmind.net/1313/?cat=182)

i would double track both vocals and screams. it just takes out a lot of the imperfections and give it a more full sound. but sometimes on bridges i would single track it so it has more of an empty feeling. and you can do 4 vocal tracks on the chorus to make them stand out. so on the chorus you...
