So if I get VIP through one of the other bands does that mean it's good for all the bands on the tour?

Firewind is coming to Seattle, WA February 18th and I have been trying to find VIP tickets. Does anybody know if these will be made available? I have been waiting to see them live for a long time and it would mean the world to me if I could meet them and get some autographs. All I can find are...
