Testament & Exodus are not in the Big 4 because they didn't sell as many records, plain & simple. Age of the band has nothing to do with it, other than being around longer gives you more time to sell those records.
The album is decent. There are some hidden gems, like Pitbulls In The Playground, but there's a few dull tracks as well.
Not the best Thrash release of 2009, but far from the worst.
Lee Altus himself gave this album as a Christmas present. Best album they've ever made. If anyone wants it, i could give you a download link to one of the tracks.
