I have listened to the album a dozen times by now, I think it's one of the best so far... and I really like all of the songs, my favourites are "The Fatalist", "In My Absence" and "The Grandest Accusation" ... but as I mentioned before.. I love all the others... the album is full of "moments"...

What seems to be strange is that I find hooks in EVERY song. If you dont, then we just have different concepts about what "hooks" really is :)

Indeed, WATV stands for everything DT really is (and ever was), apart from a few songs that contain "new elements", I think the fans will accept the album as well as they accepted the previous ones.

I totally agree with that. Dt may not be a band as popular as In Flames (For instance), but at least they stayed true to their roots and that is one of the main reasons for the DT fanbase being so attached to the band.

First: You must be joking. Second: DT spends so much time recording music, of course they do, that's one of the reasons why they are a very professional band and we all love them. Third: I don't see the problem in downloading the album since I am definitely going to buy it when it comes out...

Considering what matse just said, and I agree. I think it would be fair enough to open a new topic regarding WATV (but warning of course for the fact that it contains spoilers).

Caotico: There is something I am really curious about, since the album comes out Worldwide in the beggining of March, and the tour in the States will begin on the 4th of February, that means you are going to play a setlist plenty of new songs despite the fact that the album won't be out by that...

10 times to get into Fiction? Wow lol. U really seem to have difficulties to "understand" some albums :) It's a fact that I didn't love Fiction from the first minute, but as soon as I heard it three of four times I started to get into it.

Ah, if that's your point, I totally agree, I understand the position of Century Media as I mentioned before in one of my posts. In other words, I do think every band can fail...it's not like DT (or other bands for that matter) ever did that, because they haven't... but it's possible, but I'll...

Qtulhu: I totally disagree with your "temptation theory", it's a fact that I will download the album on the internet, and IF I like it (which is very likely anyway) I'll buy it, and that's the right thing to do IMO, because it's not very wise to spend money in something that you dont know...
