What about vocal fry? Apparently it's easier. But which does more damage?

I watched his video and it's the same thing the "exhausted sigh" I really cant do it.

Oh, I can clean vocal sing quite well to be honest like I can sing the fire burns (CM punks old song) if you know WWE, to be completely honest I think I'm one of those few that can't growl.

Although everyone says make your voice box go down to get a deeper sound, I really don't understand how to do this.

Hmm but when I sigh I just a normal sigh no matter how hard I try also I tried the clearing your throat technique and my throat hurts like hell now, I've been trying since I was 15
