:metal: Seriously, it's fantastic. If you only need two inputs this thing is gold. Look on ebay before you guy one from Guitar Center or somewhere. There are always a few refurbs (or new) from actual music stores that have a refund policy. That's where I got mine...

:lol: Thanks guys. Yeah, when I recorded them I just had the input with none of the switches on. I set the level about 3 or so db short of clipping and recorded them.

Guru, I just recorded some DI's for zver, and I have a question. I had my guitar direct into the usb 6 but when I hit the instrument button the signal was was to hot and clipping even with the gain all the way down. Am I missing something? Do I need to push the 48v button as well? Thanks

I used my GSP1101 preamp for guitar. It was a 5150 model with a boost and gate. The guitars were double tracked and had minimal pest processing, just some eq. The drums are superior, and I don't own a bass so there is none. Also, thanks for the compliment on the riffs :)

Focusrite Saffire is awesome, I think it's the only thing that fits your needs. The drivers were easy to install, but I have XP. Just call focusrite and make sure that it will work before you buy it.
