I think the new Anthrax blu-ray is region free. It could be that Sony doesn't like that and doesn't let the PS3 play them.

I haven't bought any of the new pressings of any of their records but it was said that the CDs themselves are identical to the latest Elektra/Warner releases. They aren't remastered or re-engineered.

In Michigan this tour is held outside in a parking lot and usually in a very hot month. I don't know if they don't sell enough tickets to let them inside or if the promoters just prefer it that way. I have never been to it.
