    Boss HM-2 serial number

    Hi. I have an old Boss HM-2 pedal that I know nothing about and am getting ready to sell. It's made in Taiwan. Does anyone know how to decipher the HM-2 serial number? Thanks. Also, is there a good reason not to post serial numbers right to the forum? Just curious.
