for the record, i dont think everyone who refers to the keyboard breakdown as nintendo-esque means it in a bad way. i love it, and it does kind of remind me of a faster paced videogame them or song from back in the day. just has that...sound to it.

as long as they hit orlando ill be happy. i fucking slept through the prog nation show, which pissed me off to all hell seeing as i already had my ticket...i just didnt wake up til like 10pm

very true. i think roadrunner said that GR has sold like 90,000 copies. watershed will probably break 100k. for the type of music they play its selling pretty well i suppose...but i dont think well be seeing gold or platinum records anytime soon.

yeah, i was gonna say, they reached the top 200 with GR...im sure that eventually well see it on the billboard with this one.

they, and rather new slayer albums do share alot in common with many metalcore bands nowadays. same could go for the scene crowd for BtBaM...though i say that stems more from their earlier albums that more recent ones...

That one was difficult for me to get into at first, but there's something about it that is just so seductive. yeah, id say that hex and porcelain heart were probably the hardest tracks to get into for me...but really, it didnt take long before i started liking them more and more. great tracks IMO.

hessian peel, followed by Lotus Eater. and i agree with the statement that said if coil was just a bit longer it would be up there as well. i think its a great song...but i wanted to hear a bit more of it haha.

probably wouldnt happen...but ISIS. i think Katatonia would work well too. they havent done much stateside either...so it would definitely help promote them as well... and then you would pretty much also get bloodbath :D

am i the only one who actually likes that solo...at least in relation to the music? i think it fits really well actually. i mean the middle-end kind trails off but it comes right back into the fold properly imo....and a really good lead into the acoustic section.

yeah, theres standing floor and seats at the hard rock. and i THINK that there are still tickets available...not entirely sure about that though. (i havent noticed any sold out things online, or even at hard rock...and i work right next to it so i see it almost every day) edit: yeaH the site...
