Yeah what everyone else said. Amon Amarth @ the Rickshaw was probably the best live show i've ever been to. I caught last year's at the CCC but this one was better. Sound was near perfect, the crowd was awesome... i want more!

I know I'm really late to the show, but I live in a cocoon. I've tuned out IF ever since their last tour, mostly because I feel completely out of touch with 99% of their fan base and the fact that I had to stand through 2 Killswitch openings to see them. Following them was depressing me. But...

Well I saw Arch Enemy last night here in Vancouver and it was amazing. Every song sounded awesome and the drum and guitar solos were sick. I have so much more respect for AE now. :worship: And of course Dark Tranquillity was great as well. What an epic night - a double shot of Swedish metal...

Well last night went awesome. IF are extremely cool - they're as down to earth as you could hope for - what an experience. Like the fact that Jesper and Anders appeared embarrassed when I told them how much their music impacted me and how great their work was. You don't see that kind of humility...
