Thank you. I lost around 180 pounds since May 28, and reached that by January 1st, so 8 months about? Cut all carbs and sugar, cut our processed food, and started to eat clean. Going from shitty fast food every day to ONLY healthy food put my system into shock and the weight literally fell off...
