You may be correct. But 90% of music lovers are not guitarists. Not that we dont like playing guitar, some just love listening to the music, gigs and have other commitments in life (ie uni and sport for me) I'm just saying sympohny X are nowhere near well known as Opeth. Thats the facts.

could that be because sympony X are not that well known. Opeth, although not mainstream metal by any stretch of the imagination, are one of the more bigger metal bands of the last 5-7 years.
